My work explores the space between memory and reality, where familiar places and emotions begin to blur. I am drawn to stillness, quiet melancholy, the emotional depth of the human mind, and the feelings that linger long after a moment has passed.
I find inspiration in natural environments and quiet spaces. These places give me a sense of calm and create space for reflection, often becoming the starting point for new ideas. Their atmosphere naturally finds its way into my paintings through colour and mood. Figures often appear throughout my work, creating a quiet sense of introspection and inviting the viewer to form their own interpretation.
As I paint, stories naturally begin to unfold in my mind, allowing each work to become a fragment of a place, a memory, or an emotion. Rather than telling a complete story, I hope my paintings leave room for the viewer to find their own meaning within them.
